What is the cost of my travel planning services?

My primary mission is to respect your budget and offer you a custom journey. My rates are fixed, and I do not take commissions on different bookings.

My base rate is €28 per travel day,for up to four travellers. An extra charge may apply if this is exceeded.

I don’t sell pre-packaged trips, and you won’t pay an extra fee for every item booked. This guarantees you the best prices and a 100% personalized service..

Let’s plan your next adventure together! Book a meeting with me to discuss your travel project, your preferences, and your budget in detail. This valuable information will allow me to personalize every aspect of your itinerary to create a unique experience that perfectly matches your expectations. The meeting, which will last around 30 minutes, will be the ideal opportunity to outline your dream trip. I look forward to working with you to bring your travel aspirations to life.

Step 2

Following our first meeting, I will present you with a detailed initial proposal for your trip. Incorporating your preferences, budget, and aspirations, this proposal will be carefully crafted to reflect the personalization and attention to detail you deserve. My goal is to turn our discussions into a concrete itinerary that perfectly meets your expectations.

Step 3

After any necessary adjustments, I will quickly and efficiently present you with the final version. This stage will also include the creation of a personalized travel journal, specially designed for you. This journal will serve as your complete guide, full of useful information, recommendations, and specific details. It will ensure that every moment of your journey is memorable and stress-free. You will receive a detailed document that will accompany you every step of the way, guaranteeing an exceptional and tailor-made experience.

Now it’s your turn. You’ll need to book the logistical aspects of your trip, such as flights, accommodations, and transportation. Of course, you will follow my carefully elaborated instructions. What is the difference between a travel planner and a travel agency?

Thus, the travel planner helps with planning but doesn’t take a commission on the various services purchased.
